Fun & walk 1.30 - 4pm easy walk to magpie mine meeting at the Cock & Pullet, Sheldon


5 August - Teddy Bear’s Picnic (free)

Take your teddy for a drop-in craft session & 21st birthday bear celebrations at Buxton Museum 11am - 4pm

8 August - Middle Eastern Dance (free)

12-2pm musical concert at the band stand, Brough Park in Leek.

23 August beginners bird watching (free)

Easy 1 mile walk 10 - 12pm at Tittesworth Reservoir (signposted off the main A52 Buxton to Leek road)

Open Daily: playground, café & few goats plus great gardens to run around in. Supervised children can use the wildlife small pond to dip.


Carsington Water nr Ashbourne

Tittesworth Reservoir nr Leek (off A52 after Winking Man)

Various walks suitable for prams & dogs, great kids playground with large sand pit, café, ice cream, toilet & shop.
