Description
In the heart of The Peak District, this 100 acre country estate, complete with its own parkland, is set in the beautiful Alsop Dale with uninterrupted panoramic views across to the well known Tissington Trail.

It is well placed to visit the main towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock as well as having excellent walking and cycling straight from the door.

The three adjoining cottages take into account the character of the building in addition to capitalising on the fine views.

Close to the Tissington trail and High Peak Trails, Dovedale, Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and Carsington Water.

Wheater Cottage - Off the entrance hall you will find the L shaped lounge/dining and kitchen area, with the wood burning stove (logs included) and splendid views down the picturesque Alsop Dale.

The stairs from the hall take you to the two first floor bedrooms again with feature timbers, one with a double bed, the second having two single beds. On the same floor is the bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Redstart Cottage - Redstart Cottage Alsop en le Dale Sleeps 2 in 1 bedrooms.

You enter the cottage, which has been turned upside down, and off the entrance hall is the bedroom with a double bed.

The stairs lead to the first floor and the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with comfortable furnishings and sofa bed (suitable for occasional use) which has the benefit of views of the surrounding area.

The bathroom, also on this floor, has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

One of three cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 10 people.

Curlew Cottage - This gable end cottage has been cleverly turned upside down, so as you walk into the main entrance hall you will find the two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds on the ground floor.

The bathroom is also located on the ground floor with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs take you to a very spacious and well fitted lounge/dining and kitchen area with feature timbers and sloping ceilings adding to its character, from which you will enjoy the magnificent views down the Dales.

Further character and warmth is created by the wood burning stove (logs included).On this floor there is a second toilet with hand basin
