Support our region's farmers

Farmers have seen an enormous change over the decades - from meeting the needs of the nation during the war to dealing with the glut of european meat and butter mountains in the 1980s. The goal posts have shifted and they have met the ever-challenging requirements.
With a strong price-led global market for agricultural produce our farmers face hard times.
