red tape gripes

Road tax is due on quads & can be costly - they are treated as vehicles rather than motorbikes. What has this got to do with red tape gripes? Well, in a search for information about this subject I came across the 'better regulation executive' - yet another government department that came as quite a surprise.
Anyhow, for gripes about rules and regulations use this link to take you to their 'ideas' section where you can contribute with ideas for amending administration or implementation.
