Description This is a working dairy farm, offering the warmest of stays. Situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Earl Sterndale, the farmhouse sits 1,200 ft above sea level, so expect spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. Surrounded by footpaths and close to the High Peak Trail and cycle hire centre, it provides an ideal base for exploring the Peak District. Also the market towns of Buxton and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth are all within easy reach. We offer a double bedroom with en suite as well as a twin bedroom also with en suite. All bedrooms have tea making facilities, TV and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to a lounge/dining room (which also contains TV). A full English breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9am. Guests are also encouraged to use the garden, which boasts spectacular views. We are open all year round, please note that we do not cater for pets and we are a non smoking residence.
